Delete your GymComp account

GymComp is developed by Gurzu Silviu Andrei.

Delete it in the app

Open GymComp and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

You are signed out right away, and your data is deleted within a few minutes.

Can’t use the app?

Email support@gymcomp.fit with the subject “Delete my GymComp account”, from the email address linked to your account. We confirm the request and delete your account within 30 days (usually much sooner).

Have a subscription?

Deleting your account does not cancel your Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in the Play Store (Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → GymComp).

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in details (email, name, Google sign-in link).
Your training preferences and plan settings.
Your full workout history, personal records, streaks and totals.
Your machine scans and any reports you sent about them.
Your subscription status stored by GymComp.

What may be kept

Google Play keeps its own purchase records, as required for tax and accounting — we cannot delete those.
Copies in our service providers’ backups may remain for a limited period before they are overwritten.

Scanner photos are never kept: they are deleted as soon as they’ve been analysed.
