Tap Become a tester, then Download it on Google Play. If the page says the app isn't available yet, wait a few minutes after joining the group and try again.

Stay for 14 days
Keep the app installed and stay in the test for two weeks — Google needs that before GymComp can launch. Premium is free for testers: the subscription shows as a test purchase and you won't be charged.
